Maximum delivery convenience for you
We deliver to EU countries from our warehouse in Germany, with all customs duties and taxes already paid. For EU business customers outside Germany, we naturally offer tax-free intra-Community delivery.
We deliver to Switzerland from our warehouse in Switzerland, with all customs duties and taxes already paid. We deliver to all other countries (on request) from whichever of our two warehouses offers the most favourable shipping conditions for the destination country. International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees, which are not included in the total price shown.
We offer the following payment methods
PayPal: Pay quickly and easily using your PayPal account with the world’s leading payment service provider. We do not charge any additional fees for this payment method.
Credit card: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We do not charge any additional fees for this payment method either.
TWINT: For customers in Switzerland, we offer TWINT – naturally at no extra charge.
Terms and conditions regarding minimum order value and delivery charges
If the order value falls below the minimum amount of CHF 150.00, we charge a small order surcharge of EUR/CHF 40.00. All delivery charges listed are calculated inclusive of VAT.
