Valais family hotel receives a complete charging infrastructure

Juice Technology AG, manufacturer of charging stations and software, and leader in mobile charging stations for electric vehicles, has struck a chord with Switzerland with its competition for a free charging infrastructure. The prize for a complete development of parking spaces with JUICE CHARGER me 3 goes to the Hotel Bärgsunnu in Saas Grund. The municipality of Schmidrued also receives the special “Heartfelt Project” prize.

The Switzerland-wide competition for more electrification has found its winners. The initiative, which was launched at the end of September, aimed to promote future-proof charging infrastructure for electric cars in residential and commercial areas. From the numerous applications, a winning project in Valais and a winner of hearts in Aargau were selected.

But we never imagined that so many great applications would be submitted. We are all the more pleased that not just one, but two outstanding projects were selected."

Two charming winners

An interdisciplinary jury from Juice carefully evaluated each entry in terms of quality, innovation and its contribution to local development and selected the project that stood out in at least one respect. The winning project from the Hotel Bärgsunnu in Saas Grund will receive the JUICE CHARGER me 3 as a prize for all parking spaces.

The small community of Schmidrued in the canton of Aargau receives the special prize "Project of the Heart". In its application, it explained with passion and conviction that, despite limited financial resources, it has a strong interest in future-oriented mobility. The jury honored the community's commitment to a modern and attractive e-mobility infrastructure and donated the charging stations it needs.

A convincing prize for the winner

The prize is a fully equipped charging infrastructure consisting of smart JUICE-CHARGER-me-3 charging stations with load management system including installation. The devices are completely preconfigured at the factory and enable a "plug & play" installation. With activation via RFID or "Plug & Charge" according to ISO 15118, they offer a high degree of flexibility. They are equipped with a MID-compliant electricity meter and dynamic load management, with no follow-up costs for backend or load management for the next ten years. Scalable, robust and future-proof, the wallboxes and their equipment are priced below the market average. They can also be very inexpensively provided with your own logos or corporate designs.
