All good things come in threes: Juice Technology wins the “Best Places to Work” award for the third time

Juice Technology AG, manufacturer of charging stations and software, and leader in mobile charging stations for electric vehicles, has received the “Best Places to Work” award for the third time in a row.

The award is highly coveted, but by no means a given. "Congratulations to Juice Technology for building a company that focuses on the engagement and performance of its employees," says Maria Jimenez, Chief Nominations Officer of the Business Intelligence Group, which presents the award. "The past year has clearly been the most difficult for many companies: now it is clear that this is a great place to work and that employee feedback is not only heard, but also acted on. Congratulations to the entire team."

The challenges in 2021 were no less great than in the previous year. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the Juice Group continued its growth. The company expanded into the USA, China and within Europe. The young technology company has also grown in terms of personnel and therefore moved to the new headquarters in mid-2021. Christoph Erni, CEO and founder of Juice Technology AG, is proud: "While Juice was recently an ambitious start-up, today it is already a global young company with numerous branches and subsidiaries. It is clear that this transition also presented enormous challenges for every employee. The fact that it was successful is solely thanks to the unique team that supported him with great commitment and flexibility. The award is based on an anonymous online survey among the workforce. The focus is on topics such as identification with the company, one's own work area or the relationship between colleagues and between employees and superiors.
