JUICE devices now available from Otto Fischer’s ProfShop

Juice Technology AG – manufacturer of charging stations and software, leader in mobile charging stations for electric vehicles – has now established a direct line to electricians in Switzerland by forming a sales partnership with Otto Fischer.

Otto Fischer is adding the JUICE BOOSTER 2 and JUICE BOOSTER 3 air to its standard range of products, and the JUICE CHARGER me 3 is also available in the company’s ProfShop. Juice is thus gaining a sales partner with
a nationwide network, while Otto Fisher is expanding its range with fixed and mobile wall boxes from the Swiss manufacturer.

The comprehensive range carried by the Swiss electrical wholesaler includes everything that an electrician or electrical installer may need. To keep pace with the times, Otto Fisher updates its product range on a continuous basis. In doing so, the company is also placing a particular focus on the electromobility sector, as this is one of the areas offering the greatest potential for innovation. 1. JUICE CHARGER me 3: Using software, the smart 11-kW wall box can be upgraded to a maximum charging capacity of 22 kW at no additional cost. The device is supplied fully preconfigured and merely has to be connected (Plug & Play). Activation is performed via RFID or Plug & Charge (according to ISO 15118). A graphical user interface enables intuitive onboarding of the charging stations in a matter of minutes. The JUICE EXO back end can be used to manage everything from a few devices up to entire car parks. The necessary connectivity is established via Wi-Fi and Ethernet. Dynamic load management for up to 250 units is included as standard along with an MID-certified current meter for taking direct readings. The charging station is available with an optional residual current circuit breaker with overcurrent protection (RCBO) for straightforward integration into power distribution systems. The JUICE CHARGER me 3 is CE-compliant according to all applicable EMC directives and can be used in outdoor temperatures ranging from -30°C to 50°C. It boasts IP67 protection against dirt and moisture penetration and is highly impact-resistant according to IK10, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
2. JUICE BOOSTER 3 air:The compact yet fully-featured mobile wall box supports single-phase to three-phase charging with up to 11 kW and provides rapid coverage for parking areas while ensuring maximum flexibility for users. Smart functions such as dynamic load management for up to ten units, remote/time control, user administration incl. RFID activation and a charging logbook with receipt function are accessible via the j+ pilot app. The Type 2 connector features a programmable button, which can be used, for example, to release the charging plug when the vehicle is unlocked. An internet connection for the load management and over-the-air updates is established via Wi-Fi. The fault detection for eleven internal and external faults also trips when excessive current consumption or incorrectly wired sockets are detected. In fact, some electricians already use the device to perform safety checks on electrical sockets in buildings. The 7-in-1 device is connected to the mains via proprietary adapter plugs on the JUICE CONNECTOR with automatic output detection. Domestic plugs (T12/13, CEE 7/7, type L [10 A], type G) feature JUICE CELSIUS overheating protection directly on the plug pins. The JUICE BOOSTER 3 air is fully compliant with all applicable standards, can withstand wheel loads of up to 3 tonnes and is usable in a temperature range of -30°C to 50°C. Moreover, it is impact-resistant (IK10), dust-proof and can tolerate temporary submersion (IP67) when connected.
3. JUICE BOOSTER 2: The 22-kW wall box is not only reliable, robust and very powerful, but is also the world’s first charging station in its class to be certified as fully standard-compliant by TÜV SÜD. More than 35 safety adapters for domestic and industrial sockets along with Type 2 and Type 3 connectors for public charging stations ensure safe charging all across the globe. The automatic load detection prevents any overloading of sockets. Reliable temperature monitoring on the pins of the adapter plugs interrupts the charging process if the socket should overheat. Extension cables measuring 5 m and 10 m extend the operating range and thus ensure maximum flexibility. This makes the device a quick and simple solution for all vehicles that charge with 22 kW as well as an ideal replacement device for waiting periods and servicing. When combined with the lockable mounting bracket, the charger becomes a conventional wall charging station. The Booster can withstand a wheel load of up to 3 tonnes and is usable in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 50°C. It is impact-resistant (IK10), dust-proof and can tolerate temporary submersion (IP67) when connected.
