The Swiss technology company Juice Technology has grown significantly in the seven years since it was founded. In the future, all departments will have more space under one roof.
Juice Technology AG, a manufacturer of charging stations and software and a leader in mobile charging stations for electric vehicles, has grown continuously since 2014. With increasing demand and greater supply, sales have tripled annually - and even doubled in the Corona year. The number of employees has also increased steadily due to the high growth. The new location provides urgently needed space so that Juice can continue to grow successfully.
The new Juice building with its generous glass front offers four floors and over 6000 m2 of space, providing enough space for all departments including the research and development center and the entire warehouse and logistics area.
"An open view, lots of light and airy open spaces create an incomparable working atmosphere in which we can continue to expand our lead," says Christoph Erni, CEO of Juice Technology AG. On the ground floor, employees and visitors are greeted by a 15-meter-long bar with an in-house barista. Expertly served coffee specialties and lovingly prepared lunch menus leave nothing to be desired. Contrary to a well-known principle from the IT world, 'Garbage In, Garbage Out', which promises that nothing good can come from something bad, Erni is also concerned about the physical well-being of his crew: "We pay particular attention to the best quality of food and drinks," and adds jokingly: "Whether that is why so many gourmets work at Juice, or whether that is why they work so well, is not yet clear."
The new headquarters is located just 2 km from the previous research and development site and thus remains close to Zurich Airport.
An innovation location for the future
After the first Tesla Model S was delivered in Switzerland, the resourceful founder and CEO Christoph Erni recognized the signs of the times and laid the foundation for Juice Technology, a company that has been extremely successful ever since. Today, Juice is one of the very few full-range suppliers in the industry that develops and sells everything related to charging infrastructure from a single source, from charging solutions to software.
The paradigm shift in the industry has taken place. Today, no well-known car manufacturer can avoid electrifying its fleet. While electric cars were recently considered an expensive luxury for a few enthusiasts, more and more affordable vehicles are coming onto the market. What is still delayed, however, is the expansion of the charging infrastructure.
Juice has ensured that quick and easy charging is possible even away from rapid charging stations. With the JUICE BOOSTER 2, Juice is the undisputed world market leader in mobile 22 kW charging stations. But time does not stand still, and there are still many exciting ideas to further simplify the world of electromobility for e-pilots.

The move to the new headquarters at the site of the former Frauenfelder furniture store at Kasernenstrasse 2 in Bachenbülach marks the start of a new chapter in Juice's company history.
