Juice Technology AG, manufacturer of charging stations and software, leader in mobile charging stations for electric vehicles, wins the “Best Places to Work” award for the second time in a row.

The “2021 Best Places to Work Awards” honour companies which create a motivating work environment where a stimulating, challenging atmosphere prevails but also in which the pleasure of the job is not lost.

The awards are given out on the basis of an anonymous online survey of all employees. The focus here is on topics such as identification with the company, the actual workspaces or the relationship between colleagues and between employees and superiors.

“We would like to congratulate Juice Technology for creating a working environment which concentrates on its employees engagement and performance,” says Maria Jimenez, Chief Nominations Officer for the Business Intelligence Group. “The last year was clearly one of the most challenging for many companies. Juice Technology AG was founded in Cham in 2014 and, thanks to great commitment from the whole team and the high-quality products, managed to become the market leader in 22 kW mobile charging stations in the first year of business.

“Electromobility is experiencing a massive boom and we have almost tripled our number of employees in the last year despite the pandemic,” says Justin Wettengel, Chief Recruiter at Juice Technology AG. “At the same time, we have succeeded in maintaining and continuing to strengthen the spirit and camaraderie.”

According to Christoph Erni, CEO of Juice Technology AG, the fact that the team is made up of a variety of characters with different specifications from all age groups is the company’s biggest strength.

“Juice is a company like no other. It makes me incredibly proud that we are still getting such positive feedback despite the massive expansion. The evaluation is based on employees’ opinions – that’s definitely the greatest accolade,” says Christoph Erni.

The start-up relies on creative, bright minds who also sometimes choose unconventional paths and think outside the box.
